How It Works
Blood flow restriction training, also known as occlusion training, allows blood to enter the muscle but restricts it from returning back to the heart. By limiting blood supply to the area being worked, it replicates the metabolic stress of using heavier weight while using light weight. In other words, it makes lighter weight feel more challenging, optimizing muscle growth while reducing stress on joints. How to Use
Simply wrap our BFR bands snugly around the upper leg area and lock them in place with the non-slip, quick release buckle. Tuck the rest of the slack in the elastic loop. Start with weight about 40-60% of normal and increase reps to about 15-20. Adjust weight and reps as needed.
